LUCY-NJ CRGIS Online Viewer
The DEP GIS historic preservation data centralized. This is a good place to start to learn about the cultural resources that may be in a project area. However, checking this alone does not fulfill the responsibility to fully evaluate a project for its potential to affect historic properties.
NJ Register of Historic Places Review
The NJ Historic Preservation Office Application for Project Authorization for projects that will be located within a historic district listed on the New Jersey Register of Historic places.

Construction Oversight
The construction and initial operational phases of projects financed through the New Jersey Water Bank (NJWB) must comply with all program requirements. NJDEP works closely with borrowers to ensure compliance by inspecting construction projects, assisting with contract disputes, certifying payment requests, performing load adjustments, reviewing change orders and verifying projects are in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
