    • The ROD and Findings Statement for the Rebuild by Design – Hudson River Project (hereinafter “RBD-HR” or the “Project”) draws upon facts and conclusions in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) approved by NJDCA and NJDEP, in cooperation with HUD, as well as comments thereon and related documents and submissions. This ROD attests to the fact that NJDCA/NJDEP has complied with all applicable procedural requirements, including those found in 40 CFR Parts 1500-1508, 24 CFR Part 58 and applicable state statutes.
