A Bidder must submit a completed PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION and BID PROPOSAL FORM for each opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Public Land Administration Section no later than noon on the closing date for bids. LATE PROPOSALS SHALL BE INELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.
