The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing Bid Specifications for Concession/License Opportunities in areas administered by the State Park Service. Concession/License Agreements are awarded through a sealed public bid process. More detailed information is available in the Bid Submission InstructionsAll forms related to Lease, License and Concession public bidding opportunities on this webpage are available for your immediate printing. The Public Land Administration Section will no longer mail out paper copies upon request. 

A Bidder must submit a completed BID APPLICATION and BID PROPOSAL FORM for each opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Public Land Administration Section no later than noon on the following dates:
