TAKE NOTICE that the Watershed Property Review Board (WPRB) has received the following request for exemption from the Watershed Protection and Moratorium Act, P.L. 1988, c. 163, as amended by P.L. 1990, c.19:
2024-0002: City of Salem, County of Salem – The City of Salem requests an exemption in order to sell New Jersey American Water Company, Inc. the City’s water and wastewater system assets, which include real property interests in the following locations: Township of Alloway, Township of Quinton and City of Salem. 2024-0001: Township of Colts Neck (Block 21, Lot 1 and Block 35, Lot 6.01) and Township of Middletown (Block 1099, Lot 6 and Block 1109, Lot 3), Monmouth County – New Jersey American Water Company, Inc. requests an exemption to convey a permanent easement to Monmouth County over 1.426 acres of its Swimming River Reservoir watershed property in support of the replacement of Bridge A-38 over the Swimming River Reservoir Project.
