LICENSES & PERMITS
LICENSE AND PERMIT INFORMATION
Commercial licenses, with the exception of the Commercial Shellfish Licenses, can be purchased either in person at the Nacote Creek Research Station or the Delaware Bay Office, or the application can be mailed in for processing. Commercial licenses fall under two categories. Open access licenses allow anyone to apply. Closed/Limited entry licenses are limited in availability and have specific requirements to be met.

All other duplicate commercial licenses and permits are not available online and must be obtained at either the Nacote Creek Research Station Office or Delaware Bay Office, by filling out the following form and either mailing in or dropping off at either office: Duplicate Marine License Application . Personal information can be changed when needed on your Customer Profile within the licensing website found at Internet License Sales.
A paper application can also be submitted to the Nacote Creek Research Station Office or the Delaware Bay Office. Change of Address Application .
Please note that changing your information online does not automatically notify or sync with the licensing offices’ records and a paper copy will need to be submitted to notify office staff.
