Under the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:F-4.2, DEP is seeking comments from the public on the following draft permits. Public comments may only be submitted during the public comment period listed below.
All documents are available for public review at the DEP offices located at 401 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey.

Please take notice that the Department is withdrawing the Delaware River Partners Draft Permit to Construct Two New Underground Storage Cavern Systems Including A Central Complex, Program Interest (PI) 1032630, Permit Application No. CAV230001. As a result, the Department has cancelled the March 26, 2025, Public Hearing. The Department intends to repropose the draft permit to construct and expects to provide notice to the public in mid-April and reschedule the Public Hearing in early May. Notice will be provided to the public when exact dates are determined.
UPDATE: The Department has withdrawn this draft permit, which was proposed by notice in the March 5, 2025, DEP Bulletin. Please see above for the draft permit that the Department is proposing to approve for Program Interest (PI) 1032630, Permit Application No. CAV230001, as provided by notice in the April 16, 2025, DEP Bulletin.
