The Bureau of Stationary Sources is responsible for permitting stationary sources of air pollution to ensure they do not adversely affect air quality in your neighborhood or anywhere in the state.

To accomplish this, the staff of BoSS reviews air pollution control permit applications and evaluates air quality impact and health risks.
