OFFICIAL SITE OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEYRADIUS is software provided by NJDEP for electronic preparation and submittal of air permit applications and emission statements to the Department.
RADIUS can also be used to import permit files in RADIUS format received from NJDEP. The system is designed to interact with the Department’s environmental regulation database, the New Jersey Environmental Management System (NJEMS).
With the current version of RADIUS, users have the option of submitting files online via DEP Online or submitting by mail with a paper certification. For guidance on how to submit these files, please read the “User Guide for Online RADIUS Submittals” available at the Air Quality Permitting Program’s Applications & Forms page.
