Eligible costs include engineering fees, surveys, environmental or geological studies, and other costs related to project plan preparation. The loans must be rolled into a Water Bank capital improvement project or repaid in 2 years. Long-term financing terms are established consistent with the Intended Use Plan operative at the time of certification of the construction contract.
