Here you will find the proposal form, current incentive amounts for a variety of equipment/vehicles, resource webpages, and a general overview of what the DMP Project Processes look like.

  • Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) Non-Road Medium/Heavy-Duty Vehicle or Equipment Diesel-to-Diesel Replacement with EPA Certified Engine: funding replacement with EPA limit of 25% and a mandatory cost share of 75%.
  • Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) Non-Road Medium/Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicle or Equipment Replacement with Zero-tailpipe Emission Power Source: funding replacement with EPA limit of 45% and a mandatory cost share of 55%, with an additional 30% funding for applicable electrified parking spaces.
  • Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) Marine Diesel-to-Diesel Engine Replacement with EPA Certified Engine: funding replacement with EPA limit of 40% and a mandatory cost share of 60%.
  • Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) Marine Diesel Equipment Replacement with Zero Emission Power Source: funding replacement with EPA limit of 45% and a mandatory cost share of 55%.
  • Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) Funding – On-Road Medium/Heavy-Duty Vehicle Replacement with Zero-tailpipe Emission Vehicle – see table below.

*Incentive Includes L2 charging station. Add up to $20,000 for DCFC station.
