Proposed Action: 

The Township of River Vale is proposing to change the purpose or use of approximately 0.11 acre (4,800 square feet) of the 98.43-acre River Vale Country Club (Block 701, Lot 2) from open parkland to a golf course equipment storage building.  The storage building will have indoor and external lighting, various sized bay doors, and storage for grounds equipment and summer patio furniture.
