FRAMES Project Area

The region is comprised of 15 communities surrounding the Navesink and Shrewsbury Rivers located in Monmouth County. These communities came together through the Two Rivers Council of Mayors, which is an informal body of government that brings together these communities around their shared vulnerability to severe weather and repetitive flooding events.
