The Bureau of NJPDES Stormwater Permitting is a part of the Division of Watershed Protection and Restoration.
It is responsible for regulating stormwater discharges of pollutants to surface water and ground water from municipal and industrial sources and advancing Water Quality Management through the coordination of planning and permitting activities.
