These general permits authorize the discharge of stormwater from facilities involved in the recycling of scrap materials and those involved in both scrap metal recycling and the recycling of used vehicle parts.  The Category SM permit (NJ0107671) is expired and is no longer available.  The Category SM2 permit (NJ0163261) is available to facilities that meet the eligibility criteria described therein.
