General Permit GP-009B

The Division of Air Quality is announcing the opportunity for public comment on a proposed general permit entitled: “GP-009B for Boiler(s) Each Greater Than or Equal to 10 MMBTU/hr and Less Than 50 MMBTU/hr” at minor air facilities.

The Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment is scheduled to be published in the August 19, 2019 issue of the New Jersey Register.  There is a 30 day public comment period. The proposed General Permit is available for review at the Department’s website: http://www.nj.gov/dep/aqpp
