The Division of Air Quality is announcing the opportunity for public comment on a proposed general permit entitled, “GP-020A for Research and Development” at minor air facilities.

The Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment is scheduled to be published in the July 17, 2023 issue of the New Jersey Register. There is a 30-day public comment period. The proposed general permit is available for review at the Department of Environmental Protection’s website, https://njdepwptest.net/boss.
