Cancellation of Public Hearing on June 29, 2021, as No Hearing was requested
for New Jersey’s Proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revision for the Attainment and Maintenance of the 1971 Primary and Secondary Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS)
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will not be holding a public hearing on June 29, 2021, or on another date, because a public hearing was not requested.
A copy of the Department’s proposed SIP revision is available on the Department’s website at www.nj.gov/dep/baqp/sip/siprevs.htm.
Written comments may be submitted by close of business July 18, 2021. Please email comment(s) as a document attachment to: NJDEP-BAQP@njdepwptest.net and include a subject line as follows: “SO2 LMP Comments 2021-1” in the subject line of the e-mail.
