Notice of Public Comments for General Permit, GP-021B Outdoor Fumigation Operations of Containerized Commodities

The Division of Air Quality is announcing the opportunity for public comment on a proposed general permit entitled, “GP-021B for Outdoor Fumigation Operations of Containerized Commodities” at minor air facilities.

The Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment is scheduled to be published in the April 15, 2024 issue of the New Jersey Register. There is a 30-day public comment period. The proposed general permit is available for review at the Department of Environmental Protection’s website, https://njdepwptest.net/boss/public-notices/
