General Permit GP-021B

The Division of Air Quality, Bureau of Stationary Sources is announcing a new general permit (GP-021B) for “Outdoor Fumigation Operations of Containerized Commodities.”

The Notice of Availability is scheduled to be published in the November 4, 2024, issue of the New Jersey Register. This new general permit will be available on or after October 3, 2024.
