General Permit GP-019A

The Division of Air Quality is announcing the opportunity for public comment on a proposed general permit entitled: “GP-019A for Temporary Equipment” at minor air facilities.

The Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment is scheduled to be published in the Sept. 16, 2019 issue of the New Jersey Register. There is a 30 day public comment period. The proposed General Permit is available for review at the Department’s website, http://www.nj.gov/dep/aqpp.
