General Operating Permit (GOP-009)

The Division of Air Quality is announcing a new General Operating Permit (GOP-009) for a “Boiler greater than or equal to 10 MMBtu/hr and less than 50 MMBtu/hr”.  To view the requirements of any general operating permit, go to www.nj.gov/dep/aqpp/gop.html. To register for an available general operating permit, click on the Online Application hyperlink under the General Operating Permit and follow the directions.

The Notice of Availability is scheduled to be published in the November 2, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.  This new general operating permit will be available on or after November 2, 2020.
