Rule Information The Water Quality Management Planning (WQMP) Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:15, are now final and are effective as of November 7, 2016. The new rules repeal and replace the prior rules.

Public Notice Regarding Site Specific Water Quality Plan Amendments – Public Notice

P.L.2011, c.203 was enacted on January 17, 2012, which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.
