Grants
The NJDEP Water Quality Restoration Grant Unit is designed to support projects that aim to improve and restore water quality across New Jersey’s watersheds. This program provides funding to local governments, non-profit organizations, and other eligible entities to implement projects that reduce pollution, enhance water quality, and protect vital water resources. By focusing on activities such as stormwater management, riparian buffer restoration, and erosion control, the program helps address critical water quality issues in both urban and rural areas. The grants are part of the NJDEP’s broader commitment to safeguarding public health and preserving the state’s water ecosystems for future generations.
