Reviews/Approves/Denies Emergent Condition Certification

Board of Public Utilities:

Approves the proposed contract for sale. If applicable, approves municipal consents.

Department of Community Affairs:

Approves how the sale proceeds are to be utilized. 

Office of the State Comptroller:

Reviews transactions between $2.5 – $12.5 million and greater than $12.5. 

New Jersey Infrastructure Bank:

Consultation with other agencies as needed.
