Physical Connection Program Update

The NJDEP Physical Connections permit portal has been restored and is accepting renewal applications. The permit renewal service will remain open until February 28th, 2025.

Out of Service Facilities Forms Update

DWSG has revised the Facility Out of Service form, which is available here. A new form for reporting wells out of service after a GWR triggering event is also available here.

Draft 2024 NJ Statewide Water Supply Plan

The Draft 2024 New Jersey Statewide Water Supply Plan was released February 26, 2024 for public comment. The 60-day public comment period begins on February 26, 2024 and will conclude on April 26, 2024.
