A Water Use Report is required for all holders of Water Allocation Permits and Registrations, as well as Agricultural Certifications and Registrations.  These reports are all available on NJDEP online.   They are used to report monthly water diversions on either a quarterly or annual basis as required by the Permit, Certification or Registration.

A Water Utilization Form is required for Public Water Systems (currently those serving a population of roughly 1,000 or more).  The Water Utilization Form is internet based (NJDEP Online) and is used to report monthly water transfer and system water balance data to the Division of Water Supply and Geoscience on a quarterly basis.
