Report your medium- and heavy-duty fleet vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating greater than 8,500 lbs.

The Omnibus program applies to any model year 2027 or later new motor vehicles rated in excess of 8,500 GVWR, and any model year 2027 or later new motor vehicle engines intended for use in motor vehicles rated in excess of 8,500 pounds GVWR. The Omnibus program is effective on and after January 1, 2027.
