Hazsite/Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD)
Welcome to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment (CSRR) Hazsite Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) home page. This web site provides guidance and links to software to assist you in the development of Electronic Data Submittal (EDD) resources as required per the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS Rule) (N.J.A.C 7:26C-1.6) [pdf] and the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E-1.6) [pdf].
Because of the systems capabilities required for the EDD functions, we have adjusted the design to take advantage of a somewhat better systems capabilities. At the same time, we have rearranged the information and links to help make sense of them. These webpages now include all the most recent EDD format, software and document updates as of November 2012. Some of the updates are substantial. Please review this new website thoroughly. Please review the CSRR EDI manual for details.
