    of a Remediation Funding Source (RFS) for the remediation for

  • Section K of the RAO Form will now identify in accordance
    with N.J.A.C. 7:26C-5 whether a RFS has been posted and, if
    posted, serve as notice (if applicable) to the Department that
    all or part of the RFS needs to be returned. The RAO Form and
    Instructions further provides a reminder that the “Remediation
    Cost Review Form” must be included with the submission
    if either a return or decrease in the RFS is being requested.
    By completing this information, the Department will be able
    to identify those cases where RFS needs to be returned or reduced
    in a more efficient manner allowing for prompt return of the
    RFS. The labeling of the sections of the RAO form following
    the new Section K have also been adjusted.
