- Recreation/Conservation Grants-property must be preserved for recreation and conservation purposes through development easement or conservation easement or other restriction/easement permanently restricting development. The HDSRF can provide a template for the draft easement.
- Affordable Housing Grants-project must be in accordance with the NJ Fair Housing Act N.J.S.A. 52:27D-301 et seq.
