    Summary:
    This document describes the extension process for “soil-only” cases subject to the statutory requirement to complete the remedial investigation by May 7, 2014, that did not obtain the statutory extension to complete the remedial investigation by May 7, 2016. These cases were omitted from the February 1, 2021 Notice of Rule Waiver/Modification/Suspension.

  2. Withdrawal of remedial action permit applications
