Stormwater Utility Toolkit​

  • An overview of the process for establishing a stormwater utility (also referred to as SWU).​

NJ ADAPT – a suite of online tools designed to provide data to planners, decision makers, practitioners, and other addressing climate change in NJ. Hosted by the NJ Climate Change Resource Center, NJ ADAPT contains three tools: ​

  1. NJ FloodMapper​
    • an interactive tool that allows users to conduct flood exposure analysis based on the best available science for sea-level rise.​
  2. NJ Forest Adapt​
    • A mapping tool that identifies changes to temperature as well as changes to forest density, forest type, pest and disease over time due to climate change.​
  3. Municipal Snapshots​
    • A snapshot that provides easy access to information about the people, places and assets, such as infrastructure, that at risk from climate change impacts in each municipality.​

New Jersey Extreme Precipitation Projection Tool ​

  • Tool that provides data on precipitation projections for New Jersey including increases in the frequency and intensity of extreme precipitation events, rainfall depths, and comparisons with NOAA Atlas 14 values.​

Training for Whole-Community Climate Resilience​

  • Trainings to improve the practice of coastal resilience planning by incorporating the needs and perspectives of populations that are especially vulnerable to changing climate conditions.​
