NOTICE
OF COMMENT PERIOD EXTENSION
IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER 17 (2006)

The Department
has been notified by the Office of Administrative Law that
the comment period deadlines for proposals published in the
May 15, June 5, June 19 and July 3, 2006 issues of the New
Jersey Register have been extended for seven calendar days.
The Office of Administrative Law will be publishing a notice
to this effect in the August 7, 2006 New Jersey Register. Accordingly,
the comment periods for the following DEP proposals have been
extended:

• Coastal Zone Management: mainland coastal centers; impervious
  cover and vegetative cover; 100 percent affordable housing
  development; N.J.A.C. 7:7E-5.2 and 5B.6 and 7:7E Appendix
  4;
• Proposed Flood Hazard Area Control Act rule N.J.A.C. 7:13-5.5
  and amendments to N.J.A.C. 7:13-1.2 and 5.4; and
• Noise Control Rules N.J.A.C. 7:29.
