Marine Fisheries, N.J.A.C. 7:25-18.1

PUBLIC NOTICE
Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing an amendment to the Marine Fisheries rules.

A statement of the substance of the proposal follows:

The Department is proposing an amendment to expand authority of the Commissioner to modify gear types and gear restrictions by Notice of Administrative Change at N.J.A.C.7:25-18.1, so that when changes are made to Federal or multistate regional fishery management plans, the Department can act promptly to maintain compliance.
