PUBLIC NOTICE
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is extending the comment period on the proposal of amendments, new rules, and recodifications at N.J.A.C. 7:14, Water Pollution Control Act, and N.J.A.C. 7:14B, Underground Storage Tanks.  The proposal was published in the New Jersey Register on May 4, 2015.  See 47 N.J.R. 850(a).

The proposal indicated that written comments may be submitted to the Department by July 3, 2015.  The Department is extending the public comment period until August 3, 2015.

The Department encourages electronic submittal of comments.  Submit comments electronically at https://njdepwptest.net/rules/comment-on-dep-rulemaking-2/. In the alternative, comments may be submitted on paper to:
