CO₂ Budget Trading Program, N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.28 and 7:27C

PUBLIC NOTICE
Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to repeal the CO2 Budget Trading Program rules at N.J.A.C. 7:27C, and related provisions in the Operating Permit rules at N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.28, and the Air Administrative Procedures and Penalties at N.J.A.C. 7:27A.

The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated July 7, 2014.
