Public Notice
Take notice that the Department of Environmental Protection
(Department) is extending the comment period for the proposal
to amend the Surface Water Quality Standards at N.J.A.C. 7:9B-1.15
modifying the surface water classification of the Shark River
Brook and tributaries. The proposal was published in the New
Jersey Register on December 20, 2004. See 36 N.J.R. 5612(a).
The comment period was scheduled to close on February 18, 2005. View original notice.

The Department is extending the comment period on the proposal
for 30 days, to March 20, 2005. Comments may be submitted by
March 20, 2005, to:
