Forestry Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:3

Public Notice
Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to readopt, without amendment, its Forestry Rules at N.J.A.C. 7:3.  These rules govern the operation of the New Jersey State Forest Nursery and its forestation programs, the maintenance by the Department of the Approved Forester List, and the certification of tree care professionals by the Board of Tree Experts.

The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated January 4, 2010.  A copy of the proposal(PDF) is available on the Department’s website.  It may also be requested from the State Forestry Service by calling (609) 292-2520; however be advised that the State Forestry Service will charge a copying and mailing fee.
