The Department of Environmental Protection (“Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from interested, experienced, and qualified individuals and/or businesses to operate, maintain, and manage a boat-livery concession at Wawayanda Lake in Wawayanda State Park. The Concession Agreement will be awarded through a sealed public bid process. More information is available in the Request for Proposal document.
Each Bidder must submit a completed Application to be considered for this opportunity. Proposal packages must be received by the Public Land Administration Section on or before the Proposal Submission Deadline. Late proposals shall be ineligible for consideration.
