Public Land Administration

We partner with a variety of businesses, non-profits and public agencies through concession contracts, leases and operating agreements to offer the public goods and services in:

        • Wildlife management areas

These agreements cover a wide variety of uses, including:

        • Farming
        • Residences
        • Utilities
        • Golf courses

We also manage seasonal concession agreements for:

        • Food
        • Boat rentals
        • Open air theater programs
        • Cross country skiing
        • Other outdoor recreational activities

We also have educational partnerships and concessionaires that add interesting and exciting ways for visitors to learn about New Jersey’s fascinating heritage and to explore our natural environment.
