Purpose of Lease:  Maintenance and operation of the museum, including educational programming, on behalf of Union County.  The Crane-Phillips House is listed on the National and New Jersey Registers of Historic Places.  The Cranford Historical Society has maintained and operated this property for over 60 years in partnership with Union County.

Proposed Lease Term:  25 years

Proposed Compensation:  $1.00
