Proposed Action:
The Borough of Manville, in the County of Somerset, New Jersey has filed a request with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Transactions and Public Land Administration, proposing an amendment to its Recreation and Open Space Inventory (ROSI) to remove property located in the Borough of Manville identified as a portion of Block 303, Lot 1 (being that portion of Lot 1 referred to as additional Lots 10-15 totaling 0.344 acre) on the tax map of the Borough (Property). The Property is located at the intersection of South Arlington Street and Lincoln Avenue. The Borough asserts that the Property consists of a pre-existing sanitary sewer pump station known as the South Arlington Pump Station and was erroneously listed on the ROSI since it is not held for recreation and or conservation purposes.
