Proposed Leased Premises:  Clubhouse restaurant at Brigantine Links Golf Course

Purpose of Lease:  To provide food service to golf course patrons on behalf of the City

Proposed Lease Term:  5 years (exact dates to be determined)

Proposed Compensation:  To be determined through public bid
