Park Name/Location:  

Jerome Avenue Recreational Facility
(Sigmund Rimm Recreation Complex)

Block 510.04, Lot 13

Proposed Lessee:  Margate City Little League, Inc.

Proposed Leased Premises:  Indoor batting cage building

Purpose of Lease:  Management of the batting cage building for the City

Proposed Lease Term:  10 years

Proposed Compensation:  $1 per year
