Proposed Action:

The City of Hoboken has contacted the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection proposing to legalize the past disposal of approximately 0.6 acre of the former 16th Street Ballfield, 1600 Jefferson Street, Block 136 Lot 7 in connection with the use of the property by North Hudson Sewerage Authority (NHSA). The City will compensate for the past diversion with replacement parkland elsewhere within the City.
