Proposed Action: 

The City of Hackensack is proposing parkwide improvements throughout the 30.83-acre Foschini Park.  These improvements include new synthetic sports fields, sports lighting, new parking areas, a press box containing concessions and restrooms, a new maintenance building with storage, and a press box with storage.  The proposed buildings will require the addition of new utilities in the form of water, electric, and sanitary services.
