A Natural Resource Damage Settlement for the Rohm and Haas Corporation Woodland Township Superfund Site required that $1,071,000.00 be deposited in an Escrow account.  The moneys were released November 2009 to fund the New Jersey Conservation Foundation’s purchase of 238 acres of a 622 acre parcel known as the Interboro Property in Lacey Township, Ocean County. View more information
