Fish and Wildlife’s Bureau of Land Management is conducting habitat management at the office and lots off of Pleasant Hill Road at the Black River Wildlife Management Area.
Working collaboratively with the New Jersey Forest Fire Service, several large brush piles of nonnative vegetation will be burned, beginning January 9, 2023, weather dependent, to make room for native habitat plantings.
