EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: The creel limit for American Shad has been reduced to 2 fish to comply with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) Fishery Management Plan for American Shad and River Herring (Plan). The change seeks to address unsustainable adult female American Shad mortality within the Delaware Basin.
